Artisan Slow Dried Pastas

All our Artisan Slow Dried pastas are naturally VEGAN and CHOLESTEROL FREE. 
We have 8 varieties (3 classic and 5 flavors) all are a different shape, no shape is repeated. We slow dry in small batches on wooden racks for over 2 days the way it was done years ago on the hills in Italy. This process makes our slow dried pasta tastes more like fresh pasta! The big companies (in order to make more product) dry quickly on a high heat, this “cooks” the pasta and diminishes the quality. 
We also use 100 % semolina, specially milled to our specifications, on all of our slow dried pastas
