Purple Carrot Ziti Esagono

Purple Carrot Ziti Esagono are hexagon-shaped short-cut pasta made with purple carrots to add interesting color and shape to any meal.

All our slow dried pastas are naturally VEGAN and CHOLESTEROL FREE. 
We have 8 varieties (3 classic and 5 flavors) all are a different shape, no shape is repeated. Please find all flavors and photos below. 
We slow dry in small batches on wooden racks for over 2 days the way it was done years ago on the hills in Italy. This process makes our slow dried pasta tastes more like fresh pasta! Other companies mass produce  (in order to make more product) and dry quickly on a high heat, this “cooks” the pasta and diminishes the quality. 
We also use 100 % semolina, specially milled to our specifications, on all of our slow dried pastas.
Pasta is packed in a full one pound (16 oz) bag. We have 6 bags in a case.
