Spinach Gemelli Pasta

Our Spinach Gemelli is a colorful, slow-dried pasta that will add a wonderful texture and color to any meal.

All our slow dried pastas are naturally VEGAN and CHOLESTE

We slow dry in small batches on wooden racks for over 2 days the way it was done years ago on the hills in Italy. This process makes our slow dried pasta tastes more like fresh pasta! Other companies mass produce  (in order to make more product) and dry quickly on a high heat, this “cooks” the pasta and diminishes the quality. 

We also use 100 % semolina, specially milled to our specifications, on all of our slow dried pastas.
Pasta is packed in a full one pound (16 oz) bag. We have 6 bags in a case.
