Chocolate Mafaldi Pasta
Chocolate Mafaldi Pasta is rich and creamy from the cocoa, but NOT sweet. It pairs with all sauces and compliments spicy food. We made it with a spicy chicken sausage, sautéed zucchini and onion, and added one tub of our onesto cream sauce (sold frozen) and tossed everything in a large bowl. You can also use spicy cauliflower or tofu with the chocolate mafaldi. The onesto sauce is a delicate cream sauce made with sherry, pecorino romano, and fresh spices.
